The dAV-TRX system with headset can be used for the bidirectional, optical transmission of speech and other audio signalsduring EMC tests (full duplex).
With the optional "headset switch" you can switch to the "push to talk" (= PTT) mode with "Mic On". I.e. the microphone is constantly turned on in order to be able to speek hands free.
The headset mode allows speaking and listening at the mobile unit at the same time.

 

The transmitter is built with internal batteries and is used for mobile transmission (in the EMC chamber). The other transmitter is supplied by an external power supply.

 

Typical applications are the acoustic monitoring of audio systems, engines, and radios, as well as the use as an intercom for EMC chambers. The mobile unit can sty in the EMC chamber during measurements.
