optoSwitch-2-LF

The optoSwitch-2-LF system can be used for remotely or locally switching two independent relays. Remote control via push button or software commands.
It is provided with an integrated mechanical breaker switch allows hard disconnection of electrical system in case of undesired movement of the DUT. Typical use cases are 12 V car battery systems with nominal constant loads of up to 20 A. Maximum current allows short term peak loads of up to 30 A for a maximum of 10 minutes.
The system consists of one Relay unit (no batt eries) connected to the Remote Control unit with an optical fiber. With the optical transmission and the shielded case, the system is well equipped for EMI and EME tests with automotive standards.
