optoTTL

The optoTTL is used for the optical transmission of digital signals in one or two directions. Up to 16 digital signals in each direction (up to 24 on request) with a sampling rate of 80 MS/s (each channel) can be transmitted. The input and output range can be chosen between approx. 3..24V in one, two or up to thee ranges. Differential inputs and outputs are also available as an option. The system consists of a transmitter supplied by batteries, a simplex-62,5/125µm-multimode optical cable, and a receiver – which has integrated batteries as well.
Due to its insensitivity to strong electromagnetic fields above the specified transmission range the system is fit for tests of electromagnetic compatibility in EMC-test chambers, TEM-cells, and striplines.

The optoTTL-b system can be used for the bidirectional optical transmission of digital signals. It can also be used to transmit digital signals over long distances or to handle ground potential problems.
