optoTTL

The optoTTL can be used for the optical transmission of digital signals of 1...16 digital signals in standard devices (max. 24 signals possible in each direction) with a sampling rate of 80 MS/s.
One or two voltage ranges (depending on the configuration, up to three are possible) are available, up to 24 V at the input and output, uni- or bidirectional.
Differential signals at input and output are also available.
The system consists of a transmitter supplied by batteries, a simplex-62.5/125 µm-multimode optical cable, and a receiver – which has integrated batteries as well.
Due to its insensitivity to strong electromagnetic fields above the specified transmission range the system is fit for tests of electromagnetic compatibility in EMC-test chambers, TEM-cells, and striplines.

The optoTTL-b system can be used for the bidirectional optical transmission of digital signals. It can also be used to transmit digital signals over long distances or to handle ground potential problems.
