mk-motion Lizenz #7 - Streaming

With the streaming module, the mk-motion can act as a live-streaming media server by opening an RTSP server. Standard video clients (e.g. VLC player) can then request resources such as an A/V-stream from the server.

The mk-motion not only can stream the raw input video data, but also overlay the ROIs, the output metrics and the alarm state of all the ROIs if requested.
